I’ve chosen a very nice purple color for myself and the first and the most positive thing I remember is that the color was very rich. Not every lip gloss turns out to be so highly pigmented so I must say this was a very nice experience. The bad part is that it just refused to stay put so I literally had to make sure I have a napkin at hand every time I decide to wear this lip gloss. I mean, imagine having a runny purple… you just can’t leave it unattended – Can’t you? The second thing I didn’t really love was the almost irritatingly greasy formula that didn’t seem to have any practical use as it failed to stay on my lips. The end result was the look I definitely didn’t have to pay that much. In fact, I bet two scoops of blueberry ice-scream and one scoop of forest fruits would give me the same result.
I wouldn’t recommend it to girls who, like me, have small lips, but if you really want to try it, winter would be the best time to do it. I gave this lip gloss to my BFF but she didn’t like it either so it finally ended up in her trashcan. Needles to say, I never thought about buying Diorkiss lip gloss again. Lancome has much better, glossier, longer lasting glosses.
